They show a code
One rotating code per household, in the family's browser. It works with no signal, and it changes every minute so a screenshot is worth nothing.
Gate check-in for swim clubs & HOA pools
Everyone else asks your lifeguard to find one person in a list. A family shows one code, their faces come up on screen, and the guard taps whoever actually walked through the gate. Two seconds, one hand, no clipboard.
A real club with real data, in your hands the same day. No card.

How it works
No app to install, no card to lose, no line while someone is looked up.
One rotating code per household, in the family's browser. It works with no signal, and it changes every minute so a screenshot is worth nothing.
Every face in the family, big enough to recognise at arm's length in sunlight. Allergies and emergency contacts surface here, and only here.
Four faces, four taps, done. Your occupancy count is a record of who walked in — not a guess, and not whoever happened to be on the pass.
What you get
Everything here is in every plan. We do not sell a cheap tier that fails at the thing it is for.
A family issues a pass, the guest signs the waiver on their own phone before they arrive, and the gate knows. Allowances count down automatically, and an unused pass comes back.
An allergy or an emergency contact appears on the household card at the moment of check-in and nowhere else — not in a list, not in an export. Every time one is opened, it is recorded.
A scraped knee, a warning about running on the tiles, a note from another lifeguard — it shows on the household card at check-in, on the child it concerns. The next guard on shift starts where the last one left off instead of from nothing.
Set the age on your sign. The gate asks the guard whether an adult is really with them, they can still let the child in, and the override is written down.
You add the household and one parent. They add the rest — spouse, children, the nanny — with photos, from their phone. Nobody types four hundred households into anything.
Who is here right now, how busy that is against a normal afternoon for your pool, and which evenings are actually quiet. Members see it too, so they come when you have room.
A staff login opens the kiosk and nothing else, unless you decide otherwise. Tick a box to let them fix a family's roster on a Saturday.
For the parent
Every club already knows who walked through the gate and when. The parent never did — and that is the person actually wondering.
Who arrived, when they left, and how long they stayed. It comes straight from the gate, so there is nothing for anyone to remember to update — and it stops at the gate. It is not a location history, and nobody is followed anywhere.
A live count against what your pool actually reaches, plus the week's usual shape. Families stop turning up to a car park with no spaces, and clubs stop hearing "it is always packed" about a Tuesday.

Let's talk
Volume pricing
Request a quotePublished prices, checked September 2026. They sell white-glove setup as a feature; we sell not needing it. We also do less on purpose — no reservations, no dues billing, no club website.
Every plan bills once a year or once a month, cancel whenever. We never charge per member, and we never take a cut of your dues.
Questions
An afternoon. Add your pool's hours and rules, add households with one parent's email each, and the families fill in the rest themselves — names, photos, everyone. On Deep End and up we will import your existing roster from a spreadsheet, with a dry run you approve before anything is written.
Both. It is spelled M4RCO, said "Marco", and lives at m4rco.co. We named it after the pool game — except unlike Marco Polo, you never have to guess where anybody is.
A tablet or laptop at the gate and a USB barcode scanner — the ordinary keyboard-wedge kind, around $30. No drivers, no app, no camera permission. If the scanner dies, look members up by name; it is the same screen with the same photos, not a lesser fallback.
Yes, and we treat that seriously. Photos appear on the gate screen at check-in and in the family's own app — never in a list, an export or a report. Families add and delete their own, deletion is real deletion, and we never run facial recognition of any kind. See our privacy policy.
No, and we have no plans to. Money between a club and its members is between a club and its members. You pay us a flat fee for the software and nothing else touches your bank account.
Nothing you have to do. Your data stays where it is, and next May every household's pass still works. Annual plans renew on their anniversary, not on a season boundary.
Today the gate needs a connection, and we would rather say so than pretend. Offline check-in is designed for and deliberately not built yet; it is the next significant piece of work. Passes themselves already work with no signal.

We will send you keys to a populated club — twenty families, photographs, six weeks of check-in history — and three logins, so you can be the lifeguard, the parent and the club admin in turn. That is the part a screenshot cannot show you.
